A letter of acceptance should be executed between the owner and the consultant after clearly discussing all aspects of building planning and requirements.
If the site is ready for construction, the owner must pay 50% advance. The remaining amount should be paid in advance at different stages of the project.
Once the plan is finalized, no modifications will be allowed during execution. Any required changes must be finalized before the commencement of work.
Construction work cannot be initiated without the availability of a borewell at the site.
All building work execution will be carried out as per ISI standards and current applicable construction codes.
Site visit charges will apply based on project requirements.
